For family offices and advisers
When you introduce a client, your name travels with ours. Here is what stands behind it.
What we check
Every chef speaks with us and shows their credentials before any family sees their name. When a family asks to meet a chef, we take two references, one from someone who worked under them and one from a senior person at a former job, and the chef cooks a paid trial in the home.
Only after your client makes a conditional offer, we order a background check through Checkr, with the consent the chef gives Checkr directly. Your client is told whether the chef is cleared to our standard, and receives the full report only with the chef’s written consent.
Who employs the chef
The household does. We never do. Before any offer, we set out what the offer letter should state: schedule, overtime and days off.
If it does not work
- Trial cooks are on us.
- If we do not place a chef, your client’s retainer comes back in full.
- We stay close through the first year, with check-ins from the first week to the first anniversary.
Start with one role
Bring us a single chef search. Let that placement settle before you bring us the next.

A few minutes, and we never need your client’s name at this stage. Choose “A client” when the form asks who the chef is for.
