The program

Jade House Call Recaps is run by Jade House LLC, doing business as Jade House Agency, 87 Ardmore Rd, Kensington, CA 94707. We text from +1 (213) 732-3976.

What we send

A short written recap after a call with us, sent to the chefs and households we work with: what we discussed, what happens next, and any time we agreed. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you join

We text you only after you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from Jade House, in writing or when we speak. Agreeing is not a condition of working with us.

How often

Message frequency varies with how often we speak. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. We will confirm once, and send nothing more unless you join again. Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@jadehouse.agency.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with anyone for marketing. How we use and keep what you send us is set out in our Privacy Notice at jadehouse.agency/privacy.
